My Mission Statement

Having been a licensed attorney since 1968, I am now a senior myself, and want to give back to other seniors. Therefore, I offer the following:
NO CHARGE FOR A SIMPLE WILL (no trust provisions)

John S. Levy, Attorney-at-law

A Little About Myself

I provide a way for clients to avoid probate through the use of a Revocable Trust. This simple will substitute allows for the avoidance of probate, attorneys and courts, long delays and great expense. I love working with seniors, and do all this for considerably less than market rates.

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts, and 1967 with a Juris Doctor degree. I was a member of the Michigan Bar from 1968-1976, and am a member of the Florida Bar and the Texas Bar.

I have been happily married to my wife and life companion since 1966, and have 2 married daughters and four grandchildren. We live here in Central Texas to be closer to all of them.

My passion since moving to Texas is to provide for fellow seniors with a low cost avenue to avoid the expensive and lengthy probate experience. Their heirs appreciate the simple distribution of assets without having to pay hourly attorney fees and court costs, and I can provide this service without great expense because I have no overhead. What’s more, if one does not want or need a trust, I provide a will and health care documents without charge because everyone should have both, regardless of financial circumstance.

I enjoy spending time with my family. My civic activities include acting as a member of the Lakeway Board of Ethics, and I am ex-President of the Lakeway Newcomers Club and currently Treasurer of the Lakeway Newcomers Club Alumni. My hobbies include watching sports on television, especially the University of Michigan.

I can make house calls when it is not convenient for the client to come to me
